The Licence Form is used to collect information about the planned works. There are a several sub tabs* where the applicant must complete all mandatory fields before submitting the applications.
During the processing of the application the applicant may be required to make edits.
Once the application has been granted the information collected on the Licence Form sub-tabs is locked and forms a record of the works 'as planned'.
Depending on the licence type, the form may include the following tabs:
The Works Form contains sub tabs that are used for recording the works as they take place. There are several sub tabs* where the applicant must record the details of the works as they happened.

Documents contains files that have been submitted by the applicant or the licensing authority which relate to the licence.

History tab: This contains the full history of actions performed on this licence.
Notifications tab: This contains the story notifications relating to the licence.
The discussions tab offers a way for you to communicate directly with licensing authority, the licensing authority user currently responsible for processing your licence will be notified of any new discussion topics created or new replies to existing discussion topics.
The Licensing Authority may create discussion topic intended for the Applicant Origination, in which case the user that submitted the application will be notified.
