During the application phase, traffic management plans are managed on the Licence Form > Traffic tab.

After the licence granted, use the Works Form > Traffic Tab to make any changes required.

Traffic Management

From the traffic tab you can add multiple traffic management plans to indicate how the traffic flow will be managed during the planned works.

Traffic Management plans can be viewed, edited and removed from the licence application at any time during the lifespan of the licence.

You can create a traffic management plan from scratch or you can select one of your organisation's templates.

If you have Traffic Management Plan Templates already set up, you can use of these and modify it as necessary to add to your licence.

1.Click the Add Traffic Management Plan button.

2.Select the Template from the list.

3.Click the Select Plan button (shown at the end of the plan details).

4.Review and edit any details required.

5.Click Save.

The plan will now in your Active Traffic Management Plans list.

1.Click the Add Traffic Management Plan button.

2.Click the New Traffic Management Plan button.

3.Enter the traffic management details.

4.Click Save.

The plan will now in your Active Traffic Management Plans list.

Traffic Management Plans must contain details on how traffic flow will be managed during the planned works.

•The traffic management type should indicate how the traffic flow will be managed for the duration of work on site.

•Up to 5 traffic management plans / documents can be uploaded to the Traffic Management tab.

•A method statement should be provided for work procedures, safety plans and general contact information.

The licensing authority will require you to provide the following information:

•The the number, size and distance of the warning signs.

•Area of safety zones.

•Cone size, spacing and taper.

Once a traffic management plan is added to the licence it will appear in the table of Active Traffic Management Plans.

A traffic management plan can be viewed at any time by clicking the Arrow icon located under the Options column.

A traffic management plan can be edited at any time during the licence process. Click the Pencil icon located under the Options column.

Note: If a traffic management plan is edited after the application has been submitted a copy of the original plan will appear in the Deactivated Traffic Management Plan table.

A traffic management plan can be completely removed from a licence application prior to being submitted. Click the Bin icon located under the Options column.

Once submitted a traffic management plan can be deactivated any time, by clicking theBin icon located under the Options column.
