Licence Form > Works Segments tab: This contains details of the excavations as recorded at the application stage. This relates to the "planned excavations".
Works Form > Works Segment tab: This tab is available at the Licence Valid and Validity Expired stages. Any changes relevant to the actual excavations and reinstatement work should be recorded for each segment using the Works Form > Works Segment tab.
To update the details of an existing segment: 1.Click the Excavation Marker 2.Click Edit button for the segment that you wish to update. 3. Make the necessary edits. 4.Click the Save button. 5.Click the Done button to save all changes. |
To change the location of an existing Excavation Marker: 1.Click the Excavation Marker 2.Click the Move Marker button. 3.Click and Drag the Marker to it's new location. 4.Click Confirm button. 5.Click the Done button to save all changes. |
To redraw an existing Trench: 1.Click the Excavation Trench 2.Click the Redraw Trench button. 3.Click the Drawing Tool and use it to plot out the location and shape of the Trench. 4.Click Confirm button. 5.Click the Done button to save all changes. |
To mark a segment as complete: 1.Click the Excavation Marker or Trench line. 2.Click Complete on the segment you wish to mark as complete. 3.Check the details and press the Confirm button. 4.Click the Done button to save all changes. |
Where planned works never took place they should be marked as Works not done. To mark a segment as works not done: 1.Click the Excavation Marker or Trench line. 2.Click Works Not Done on the segment you wish to mark as works not done. 3.Check the details and press the Confirm button. 4.Click the Done button to save all changes. |
If an additional segment is unintentionally added to the licence, it can be deleted. This option is not available after the application has been submitted. To Delete a segment: 1.Click the Excavation Marker or Trench line. 2.Click Delete on the segment you wish to mark as Delete. 3.Check the details and press the Confirm button. 4.Click the Done button to save all changes. |
If an additional Excavation is unintentionally added to the licence, it can be deleted. This option is not available after the application has been submitted.
