Billing Report

The billing report is available to the Bureau and both the Licensing Authorities and Applicant Organisations.

It can be used to generate information for invoicing or to gain insight into the licence related fees for a given time period.

tipbulb Note: The Billing Reports will be made available after the new national guidelines on licence fees are finalised by the CCMA.

Emails

The display of emails has been improved and now includes additional information about the licence in question including the licence location description.

Email Subject

The email subject line has been updated to include:

1.Licence Type

2.Subject Title

3.Licence Number

4.Organisation        (Displays the Applicant Organisation for licensing authority users, displays the Licensing Authority for applicant users).

 Example: "T2 - Reminder: Guarantee Period Ends Soon: 2017LH0291 - Louth County Council"

Location Description

Licence Lists

The location description now appears on each of the licence lists.

T1s

When submitting a T1 Application, the applicant is now required to give a general description of the location(s) that will be affected by the planned works.

LTI Calculations

A new method of calculating LTI charges for Roadway and Walkway has been developed to be in line with new charging framework currently being worked on by the CCMA. Once the details of this have been finalised, the new LTI calculations will be turned on. All licences submitted after that date will use the new LTI fee structure.

PMS – Street Description

The street description is now included in the PMS data available on in MapRoad Roadworks Licensing.  

Works Programme

The works programme has been upgraded for both T2 and T3 licences.

T2 Auto Approval Option

The licensing authority now has the option to set a T2 licences work programmes to be automatically approved. This can be done on a per licences basis at the discretion of the licensing authority. If Automatic Approval is switched on, any submitted works blocks will be automatically approved without a notification being issued to the assigned user.

These events are still recorded within the Licence History tab.

T3 Start Works Notifications

For all T3 licences, it is no longer necessary to submit a Works Block for approval. Instead the applicant will submit a Start Work Notification not more than 7 days in advance of going on the road. The applicant will be required to submit works details when submitting the works start notification.

As with a T2 the applicant must submit a Works End Notification when the block is completed.
