An organisation can now appoint another organisation to manage a project or a works batch consisting of a set of licences.

Do not use until training in best practice of applicant management has been completed.

Organisation Associations

Before an agent (agent is external to your organisation) can interact with a parent organisation, an association between the two organisations must be set up.

Associations are always Parent to Agent. There are no limits to the amount of associations that an organisation can have.

Once an association has been set up, the parent organisation can:

1)Delegate a Project to an organisation that can then act as an Agent. The agent organisation will be able to manage the project within the limits set out in the delegation.

2)Engage the agent organisation. The Agent will be able to complete licence tasks within Works Batches they are engaged on.
