Works Batches

Works Batches contain licence applications and are the lowest level in the new structure. Typically, the licences in a Works Batch would relate to a set of applications executed by a contractor as part of a project, location or other division.

Engagements

Engagements are used to configure which teams and contractor organisations have access to Works Batches. Engagements are configured in a project and are associated with licences via their Works Batch.
