Applications submitted to your licensing authority for processing can be accessed from the Licensing Tasks screen.
Check all the application details, and the documents provided, are accurate. If there are any changes you deem necessary, use the Request Edit option to inform the applicant of the change required. |
A T1 Road Opening licence is required for carrying out major roadworks which involve more than one road and/or affects road engineering assets that are covered by a T2/T3 licence. Make sure that you process the T1 before processing any T2's that are linked to it. A T2 that has been created as part of a T1 application will have a Linked to heading on the Sidebar showing the T1 licence code. |
Open the licence and click on the Documents option. This contains files that the applicant has submitted with their application. |
Refer to the Edit, Change & Document Requests topic for details how to create and manage requests for changes to the application, additional documents or updated traffic management plans. |
If everything has been submitted correctly, or any changes required have been made, the application can be pushed to the conditioning stage. If there is any aspect of the application that the processor wishes to discuss with colleagues, then a topic can be created on the Discussions tab. 1.Click the Submit for Conditioning button. 2.Select the user you wish to assign it to and provide any comment (optional). 3.Click Confirm. |
To reject an application / refuse a licence, click the Refuse Licence button displayed under Licence Actions on the sidebar. |
