All conditions must be confirmed before the licence can be submitted for approval. Please refer to the Conditioning section for details.
When conditioning has been completed and submitted for approval, it is moved to the Approval stage. News feeds and notifications will alert users to this change in the application stage. The licence approver can review all details including any conditions that have been added before making a decision as to whether the application should be approved, refused or re-opened for conditioning. Approve Licence: When a licence is approved it is pushed to the Agreement stage. A notification will be sent to the applicant with the comment provided notifying the applicant that the licence will be granted subject to their agreement to accept and adhere to the conditions of the licence. |
If a licence has been pushed to the approval stage, but conditions need to be altered, you can select the Re-Open Conditioning action from the sidebar. |
When the applicant confirms their acceptance of the conditions it is moved to the Payment Approval stage.
Details of any payments received should be recorded. This must be done outside of the system. Please make sure to include the correct licence code when recording payment. At the payment approval stage, a Licence should be automatically generated by the system. If one has not been automatically created, a Generate Licence Document will be displayed. Select this to have the Licence created and added to the Documents tab. |
The licence certificate is automatically published when the licence is granted and can be downloaded from the Documents tab by the applicant and licensing authority. |
After the payment has been select Grant Licence. The licence certificate will be automatically generated and can be downloaded from the Documents tab. |
To refuse a licence, click the Refuse Licence button. You will be prompted a reason why the licence is being refused. A notification will be issued to the applicant informing them of your decision, with the reason provided. |
