The Licensing Tasks screen replaces the Licensing menu.

The Licensing Tasks screen provides access to licences that have been submitted to your authority and which are either assigned to you or unassigned but, based on your roles, you may be responsible for.

Manage Your Licences

The task list shows the number of licences in each sub-category. Click on the sub-category name to see the list of the licences

If you have a large number of licences in a particular sub-category you can use the list controls to filter and sort the list to suit your preferences.

Task-oriented Lists

The Licensing Tasks screen organises the licence according to a number of categories, highlighting actions required and where the licences are within of the licensing process.

Being Processed:

•Licences that are being processed

•Any T4 licences which are unassigned

Edit Requested:

Applications with edit request(s) that have been issued and are pending or still being processed.

Conditioning:

•Applications which have been processed and need conditioning.

•Applications with conditions that have been rejected by the applicant.

Approval

•Licences that are ready to be approved or where the applicant has rejected the conditions

Finance

•Licences ready for payment approval and licences awaiting closure

Works Programme

•Licences ready for T5 acceptance

•Active licences (which are not included in the works block list)

•Licences with works blocks that require approval

•Licences that have extension requests awaiting approval

•Licences with works blocks which are currently active; recently active; will be active soon

•Licences with defects or breaches

•Licences reaching the end of their guarantee period
