The Applicant Tasks screen replaces the Applications menu.

The Application Tasks screen features a list which is tailored to you and shows licences that have been submitted by your organisation.

Manage Your Licences

The task list shows the number of licences in each sub-category that will be returned on the list screen when selected.

If you have a large number of licences in a particular sub-category you can use the list controls to filter and sort the list to suit your preferences.

Task-orientated lists

The Applicant Tasks screen organises the licence according to a number of categories, which highlights any action required and where the licences are in terms of the licensing process.

Applications and Actions Required

This contains the following sub-categories:

•Draft – these are licence applications which have not yet been submitted.

•Emergency – these are valid T4 licences.

•Edit Requested – these are licence applications for which an edit has been requested by the licensing authority.

•Agreement Required – these are licence applications that the local authority have conditioned and conditions are awaiting acceptance.

•these are applications that have been conditioned and are awaiting acceptance by the applicant.

•T5 Submission Required – these are all the licences for which a T5 can be submitted.

•Guarantee Period – these are all the licences in the guarantee period.

Works Planning and Execution

This contains the following sub-categories:

•Planned Blocks – these are licences which have work blocks planned.

•Pre-Planning –These are T2/T3 licences in pre-granted stages - Processing -> Payment Approval for which works cans be pre-planned.

•Works Planning – these are T2/T3 licences for which works can be planned.

•Defect / Breach – these are licences with open defects/breaches.

Informational

This contains the following sub-categories:

•Application Processing – these are all the licences that are in a processing stage.

•Signoff – these are all the licences that are in the sign-off stage.

•Extension Required – these are all the licences with open extension requests.

•Extension Required – these are all the licences with open extension requests.

The list details shown may different depending on the sub-category you choose. In some cases an Indication column will appear. This may include additional action required information. For example, for the Works Planning, the indication will indicate if a licence has a 'Block Activation Overdue' or 'Block Completion Overdue'.
