Conditioning |
When viewing a licence, a new option is available on the Conditioning stage to prioritise conditioning of the licence.
Where to find these licences on the Licensing Tasks screen:
All licences requiring conditioning appear under in the Conditioning Required sub-menu of the Conditioning category.
Licences marked for priority conditioning can also be found in the new Priority Conditioning sub-menu.
In the past, it was only possible to specify a single time period for the permitted hours of work.
A new feature has been added to allow each licensing authority to define the days and times that works may be carried out on roads, configurable by traffic impact.
Define Permitted Hours of Work for each Traffic Impact number
Permitted hours of work can be specified for each day of the week as well as specific hours for Public Holidays.
Work Time Conditions have been created for each licensing authority with set times for each traffic impact number. However, these have not been activated. This is to allow for each licensing authority to review the hours and to make the changes to reflect their own policies on permitted hours of work.
Refer to the Settings > Conditions > Work Time Condition to review the pre-configured details and to make any changes.
Note: Work Time Conditions will only be published to the applicant when the work time condition has been activated.
When are Work Time Conditions shown to the Applicant?
Permitted hours of work are determined based on the highest traffic impact number of the roads affected by the works. These are displayed on the Conditions tab for any licences submitted to the licensing authority after the Work Time Condition (for the relevant traffic impact) has been activated.
The permitted hours of works applicable to the licence are displayed on Licence Certificate.
Can the permitted days and times be changed for a particular licence?
Yes. When a licence is being conditioned, the Work Time Conditions defined by your licensing authority are shown on the Conditions tab of the licence form and are based on the highest traffic impact number of the roads affected by the works. During the Conditioning stage, the Conditioner can choose the Edit option, shown below the Permitted Hours of Work heading, to apply and save the changes required. These changes will affect the particular licence only.
