Long Term Impact Exemption |
Where applicable, you can mark part of an excavation as exempt from the LTI fee. This is done during the process of closing out an excavation prior to submitting the T5.
The applicant can mark part of an excavation as being exempt from an LTI fee for the following reasons:
•A full width reinstatement has been completed.
•Exempt by Agreement: This should only be used if an agreement has been reached with the Licensing Authority.
The T5 will be rejected if the LTI exemption has been inaccurately applied.
1. When works have been completed, open an excavation and locate the surface(s) you wish to mark as being exempt. For each surface, click the Complete button.
2. 2. LTI Exemption Status: If a LTI exemption applies, select the appropriate option from the dropdown. Otherwise, leave it shown as ‘No Exemption’.
3. Click Confirm.
4. Click Done.
