The assigned user information has been moved to the header bar and is visible at all times when viewing a licence. This also now shows the role that the user is acting as. |
Improvements have been made to the screens for assigning a licence to a user and when a user wishes to take over responsibility. |
1.The Licensing screen provides two tabs to choose from - Stages and Managed by You. The Stages tab allows a user to choose to view all applications in a particular stage or to use the (default) All Stages option. The Managed By You tab (shown below) shows all applications created by the logged in user. 2.Options are provided to filter the list by year, organisation, licensing district / area, licence type and stage. 3.The list will the licence type, organisation who submitted the application, the licensing authority user who is currently assigned and a date relevant to the current stage. 4.Depending on the stage, a date will be shown for either the last action, validity start/end date, guarantee period start/end date or date the licence was closed. |
The stage group names used on the Licensing screen have been changed. These are now called: Active, Being Processed, Form Entry, External Licences and Archive. |
A new stage group has been added to the Licensing screen for Form Entry. |
A new section has been added to the licensing menu for External Licences. |
