A new facility for managing fees and charges has been added to the Organisation menu for licensing authorities.
•Application fees. A fee can be specified for each licence type.
•Long term impact and reinstatement charges. Charges can be specified for each surface type.
•Road Traffic Asset Fees. Details of the traffic assets that will be affected by works must now be detailed by the applicant when submitting their application. Licensing authorities must use the new Fee Management facility (available from the Organisations menu) to enter the applicable fee for each traffic asset.

Fees and charges due for a licence will be calculated and listed on the new Fees tab.
1.The application fee will be calculated based on the licence type. In the case of a T2-T3 the Size Category will be used to determine the charge. 2.Long term impact charges and reinstatement charges will be calculated based on the part of the road, roadway type, material and measurements. 3.For each traffic asset type, the total charge will be shown for the number of traffic assets by the applicable traffic asset fee. 4.Fees for any licence conditions will be available to review when the licence has been submitted for approval. These condition fees will only be shown to the applicant after the licence has been approved. 5.Fees for specific maintenance conditions will be calculated and shown when the licensing authority has approved the maintenance conditioning. |
Details of all traffic assets that will be affected by the works can now be specified by the applicant when submitting their application. This information will be used to determine the traffic assets charges due.
