Application Processing Times

A new extract has been created which provides details of the application processing times of all licences (except for T4s) submitted by a organisation.

Note: Organisations do not have automatic access to this extract. It will be available by prior arrangement / on a request and approval basis.

The extract will be generated on a weekly basis with only the most latest recent extract available to download at any time.

When downloading an extract, please note that the file is now compressed using a gzip format. These files will appear with a ".gz" extension.

The file can be unzipped using open source tools such as 7zip.

Licence Certificate changes include the following:

•Layout and new header information:  The new header section includes the licensing authority's logo, name and address as well as the Licence Type, Applicant Organisation and Applicant Reference.

•Purpose of Works: The new purpose of works fields, encompassing the purpose of works, works type, method and description, are shown on the Works Details tab and replace the old Description of Works field.

•Excavation details: a table is shown with the excavation code, coordinates, streets, number of surfaces, highest traffic impact number and area for each excavation.

•Permitted Hours of Works: The certificate includes the days and hours that works may be carried.

•Contractors: Contractor details have been removed. The Works Particular should be referred to for this information.

•Programme details: The name of the programme, project and works batch the licence relates to.

The Works Particulars has been restyled and features a new header section. This includes the licensing authority's logo, name and address as well as the Licence Type, Applicant Organisation and Applicant Reference.

Contact details for the new Primary Site Contact will be shown along with the Works Contractor and SLG Cardholder.

Users with the View Only (Applicant) role can now run any reports via the Reports menu.

The billing report has been modified to accommodate additional licence details (such as the location description, programme information and application reference) and new billing events and stages.

A new subtotal row has been added which gives the total for each charge for the licences included. A new grand total column gives the total charges for the licence.

Improvements made to the general layout will better sorting and filtering available on the licences list.
