When can a Licence be refused?

A licence can be refused at the following stages

•Processing

•Conditioning

•Approval

•Agreement

•Payment Approval

Refusing a Licence:

If the user has been assigned to the appropriate user group to carry out this action in the current licensing stage a Refuse Licence button will be displayed under Licence Actions (see example below).

The user will be prompted to provide a reason why the licence is being refused.

A notification will be issued to the applicant informing them of your decision and will include the reason provided.
