Change user roles or teams

Change a users roles

1.Click Settings > Your Organisation > Users.

2.Select the user from the list and choose the Roles option.

3.Select the Change button.

4.Select the role(s) that you wish to assign/unassign.

5.Click Save.

Change the teams a user is assigned to

A user can be assigned to multiple teams.

1.Click Settings > Your Organisation > Users

2.Select the user from the list and choose the Teams option.

3.Select the Change button.

4.Select the team(s) to assign the user to.

To remove a user from a team, click the team so that it appears de-selected and shows an X beside the team name.

5.Click Save.
