If your local authority has different offices or groups of users for dealing with applications from specific areas of the local authority / county then you use Licensing Areas and add the applicable to teams to them.
1.Click the Settings > Your Organisation > Licensing
2.Select the Licensing Areas tab.
3.Click the Create Area button.
4.Enter a name for the licensing area and click Save.
1.From the Licensing Areas screen, choose the row from the list and select the Teams option.
2.Click the Change button and select the teams that you wish to assign to the Licensing Area.
3.Click Save to apply the changes.
