Validity Period and Works Days Extensions

The details of all previously processed extensions made to the validity period and/or works days are shown on the Works Programme.

The information shown is as follows:

•The current validity period date and works days

•The planned validity period date and works days

For each request/extension granted, the following information will be shown:

•Request Date

•Requested by - if the extension was granted without a request this will display N/A

•Extension Type: (Site Works) Days Extension, (Validity Period) Duration Extension

•Status: Approved or Denied

•Approved End Date - if this was a Works Days extension or the validity period extension request was denied the value shown will be N/A

•Approved Works Days - if this was a Validity Period extension or the works days extension request was denied the value shown will be N/A
