Create a copy of an existing application |

When an application has been created, a copy of it can be created by selecting the Copy option displayed on the sidebar show on the right hand side of the screen. Simply select the local authority that the application is to be made to and then make the relevant changes to the application before submitting it.
1.Open the application that you wish to copy.
2.Select the Copy Application option shown on the Sidebar.
3.Select the local authority that this new application will be submitted to.
4.Click Confirm.
You will now have a new draft application containing all the same details as the application you just copied with the exception of the Validity Period. The validity period start date for the new application you are making will need to be entered. Any other changes you wish to make to the application can also be made.
▪Licence limits can vary across licensing authorities, so the maximum excavation area for a licence category may be different. Similarly, the minimum advanced notice required may vary. Check for any validation issues highlighted on the Works Segments and Works Details tabs. ▪Each licensing authority will also have different standard conditions. Ensure you check the details shown on the Standard Conditions tab. |
