Change a user's password or account status |

All features covered below are accessed from the Settings > Your Organisation > Users screen.
On the users list, click on the row for the user and select the Set Password option. There are two options available: 1.Set Password: Enter a specific password that you will communicate directly to the user. When using this option, enter the new password in the two password fields and click Save. Send Password: Click Send Password if you want to send an email to the user containing a system generated password which they can use to login with. They will be prompted to enter a new password. |

On the users list, click on the row for the user and select the Unlock option and then click 'Yes' to confirm. Note: When an account has been locked it is very likely that the user has forgotten the correct password. After unlocking the user's account, we suggest that you use the Resend Password option which will send an email to the user containing a new temporary password for them to login with. |
