Please provide as much detail as possible when reporting an issue.

This should include:

•The date and approximate time you encountered the problem.

•Your organisation name and the name of the user who encountered the issue.

•The licence code and/or area of the system involved.

•Where possible, screenshots that show the problem encountered or error message displayed on screen.

•The steps you performed leading up to when the issue occurred.  

•The browser name and version e.g. Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17691. This information can be found by clicking on the About button on the browser.
