The Document Folder has been redesigned and contains new features. |
Documents can be uploaded and published to the applicant / licence holder at any stage, via the Document Folder. |
Similar to edit requests on a tab, a document request can made if there are additional documents that you wish the applicant to provide. This can be done at any stage of the licence process. A |
A delete option is available to delete a document which is no longer required / relevant. When selected, the names of deleted documents will be shown in red on the Document Folder. |
Changes have been made to the licence document that is issued to a Licence Holder when an licence has been granted. This includes: 1.Health & Safety Coordinator removed. 2.Purpose of Works has been added. If 'Other' was selected, the description provided will also be displayed. 3.Temporary Road Closure field removed. 4.If an extension has been granted the licence extension date will be shown on the new licence document. 5.A licence document can be downloaded by the Licence Holder via the Document Folder. |
