1.The discussion tab has been moved to the top navigation bar.

2.The number of Discussion topics available will be shown on the tab heading.

3.The discussion tab is now available to applicants - thus allowing for better communication between the applicant and licensing authority.

1.Notifications have been implemented for all actions and stage changes. All notifications relating to a licence are displayed on the Notifications tab.

2.Only the first 3 notifications for each licence will be shown on the home page. An option will be displayed to see the additional notifications.

3.Emails have been implemented for all actions and stage changes.

4.Emails are sent to the applicant and /or the assigned licensing authority user for any changes to the licence that have been made, actions taken or events that have occurred.

The home page stories have been redesigned. Summary information is now displayed below the Licence Code for all stories. This includes:

•applicant organisation name

•assigned user

•date of the last action and any other relevant date based on the current stage
