1.Applicants can now attach additional files after submission of their application using the Document Folder.

2.The licensing authority can attach and publish files to the applicant at any stage.

3.The licensing authority can request additional documents. A icon will be shown on the Document Folder tab when a request has been made. Details of these requests will be displayed at the top of the Document Folder screen.

4.New categories have been created for the documents.

A number of changes have been made to the licence issued to the Licence Holder when a licence has been granted.

1.Health & Safety Coordinator removed.

2.Purpose of Works has been added. If 'Other' was selected, the description provided will also be displayed.

3.Temporary Road Closure field removed.

4.If an extension has been granted, the licence extension date will be shown on the licence.

The licence can be downloaded by the Licence Holder via the Document Folder.
