A new bureau facility has been created for the Road Management Office to monitor activity on the site and to assist the organisations with any problems setting up or managing user accounts, groups, insurance or local configuration. |
1.List organisations registered by licensing authorities which are pending approval. 2.Automatic checks are performed to ascertain if an organisation has already been registered. Warnings will be displayed if an organisation with the same name, administrator email address, phone number or insurance policy number already exists. 3.Registration approval requests can be approved or rejected. The licensing authority will be notified of the decision and reason given. 4.Organisation search facility. Search for organisations by name, email address, phone number or insurance policy number. |
1.Lists the 10 most recently submitted licences. 2.Lists the 10 most recently modified licences. 3.Graphs show the number of active licences and the number of licences being processed (by current stage). 4.Organisation details can be viewed / edited by clicking on the licensing authority / applicant name shown on the dashboard list. |
1.Lists the 10 most recently logged in users on the site. 2.Graph of the number of registered users by organisation type and active status. 3.Graph of the number of organisations by organisation type. 4.User details can be viewed / edited by click on the user name shown on the dashboard list. 5.Organisation details can be viewed / edited by clicking on the licensing authority / applicant name shown on the dashboard list. |
1.Lists the insurance policies that have been used on applications and that will expire soon. 2.Lists the insurance policies not used on applications that will expire soon. 3.Lists the 10 most recently modified insurance policies. 4.Insurance policies can be viewed or updated by clicking on the organisation name. |
1.The bureau can use the search facility to find a specific organisation and view the details of the organisation and/or users. 2.The bureau can click on an organisation shown on one of the dashboards and view the details of the organisation and/or users. In addition, the bureau can perform administration tasks on behalf of applicant organisations and local authorities. This includes: •Edit the organisation details. • Manage organisation users. • Manage organisation user groups. • Manage organisation insurance policies. • Edit the licensing areas for a licensing authority. • Edit the licensing limits for a licensing authority. • Manage the standard conditions for a licensing authority. • Edit the default mapping settings for a licensing authority. • Edit the fees and charges set by a licensing authority. |
•The bureau can manage FAQS (Add, Edit, Delete) • The bureau can manage News items (Add, Edit, Delete, Publish) •The bureau can use the Content Manager to make changes to titles and descriptions used on the site. |
The bureau can now use the Reports management facility to manage reports in the system and the user groups who can access them. |
•A filter has been added to view enabled or disabled user accounts. •New Option provided to reinstate a deleted user. •New Option provided to unlock a user's account. |
