To enable access for a licensing authority to download this extract:

1.Select Settings > Manage Organisation

2.Select the Licensing Authority and choose the Licensing option

3.Select Extract Settings

4.On the Licensing Authority Organisation Extract row, select Enable.

This extract contains details of licences with published inspections.

It is generated on a monthly basis, on the first day of the month and includes inspections up to and including the final day of the preceding month.  

The details included in the file are as follows:
