Edit Location Description

An Edit option has been added to allow for the location description to be updated after the licence has been granted. This will be available on stages that currently allow for work segment details to be updated, including the following:

•Licence Valid

•Validity Expired

•T5 Rejected

•T5 Certification Rejected

•Closeout Rejected

•Closeout Certification Rejected
