During the processing of your application, the local authority may ask that you update or correct some information on your application. If this happens you will receive a notification describing the issue and the change required. The licence application will also appear under the Edit Requested stage.
These requests can occur during the Processing and Conditioning licence stages. You will be required to make the described changes to your application.

The Licensing Authority may request a change to one of more of your submitted Traffic Management Plans. You will be required to make the necessary changes then complete the Change Request. Traffic Management change requests can occur at any stage during the licence process. Note: It is possible for a licence to have multiple active change requests.

How to respond to a document request 1.To make the requested change, open the Documents tab. 2.Attach the required documents. 3.When you have finished attaching the requested documents click the Complete button. When the requested changes have been made, the status will be updated to show that it has been completed. The licensing authority will be notified that the requested document has been provided. |
