Open the application and go to the tab mentioned in the Edit Request email. When the application is opened, a pencil icon will also be shown on any tab that contain an edit request. The details of the request will be displayed as shown below.

1.To make the requested change, click the button. The fields will appear editable on the tab.

2.When you have finished making the requested changes click the Complete button.

When the requested changes have been made, the status will be updated to show that it has been completed and the licensing authority will be notified that further processing of the application can proceed.

Notice issued to the licensing authority

A notification will be sent to the licensing authority alerting them that the change they requested has been actioned.

The Licensing Authority may request a change to one of more of your submitted Traffic Management Plans. You will be required to make the necessary changes then complete the Change Request.

Traffic Management change requests can occur at any stage during the licence process.

Note: It is possible for a licence to have multiple active change requests.

How to respond to a document request

1.To make the requested change, open the Documents tab.

2.Attach the required documents.

3.When you have finished attaching the requested documents click the Complete button.

When the requested changes have been made, the status will be updated to show that it has been completed.

The licensing authority will be notified that the requested document has been provided.
